Able Realty's goal is to provide high quality affordable professional real estate services to the home buying, home selling and real estate investing public.

Seeking more flexibility in pricing and services, in November 2010 founder Anthony Cavalea resolved to create his own company to better serve his clients in difficult economic times. That company was named Able Realty.

In January 2011, Able Realty opened it's doors. It now offers both flat fee and traditional real estate services. Able Realty also does a lot of work in the distressed property market. We list bank owned (REO) properties and short sales.
